FREE CLASS ACCESS TO:
Adults (mixed): Monday & Wednesday 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Ladies boxing (With Jody): Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm to 7pm
Circuit training (mixed): Saturday 10am to 11am
Open sparring session: Saturday 11.30am to 2pm
