REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership

One month notice is required in writing for the cancellation of Pay Monthly memberships.

No refunds are given in part or whole for any unused time or sessions remaining before the expiration date.

At the sole discretion of Ringmaster we may allow for the freezing of membership due to illness or injury for up to 3-months after a minimum period of 3 months. After the maximum 3-months suspension the membership will continue subject to the required cancellation notice.

At the sole discretion of Ringmaster we may terminate the membership as an alternative to a temporary suspension. In doing so any classes included within a Pay Monthly membership will expire with it.

All parties understand membership payments may be suspended in the event of the Ringmaster training facility going under repair, redevelopment or relocation. In such circumstances the remainder of the membership payments will restart at the point of re-opening and continue per the original terms of membership.

Ringmaster reserves the right to terminate membership, refuse entry to the club or any facility where Ringmaster training is conducted to anyone that acts in violation of the positive, good vibes, community-based spirit of Ringmaster, including but not limited to abusive or violent language, threatening behaviour or rudeness to fellow members or club staff.

PRIVATE TRAINING AND CLASSES

It is your responsibility to attend the training appointments (whether class or private training) when they are scheduled. Cancellations must be made by logging-in to your account in a web browser.

You acknowledge that appointment times are reserved and that cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment start time. You understand that appointments that are missed, or cancelled within 12-hours of the session start time, may be charged as if you attended.

You understand that appointments will begin and end promptly as scheduled. You acknowledge that any delays to the start of a scheduled appointment will not be a cause to extend the provided service beyond the remainder of the scheduled time. You understand that if you are 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for that session and/or not be issued a refund.

You understand that sessions will run approximately one hour unless otherwise stated. You acknowledge that a delay to a scheduled session cannot change the session status to anything else except a whole session and that there are no half sessions because of any delay.

You understand that there may be occasions when their preferred appointment date and/or time is fully booked for some or all of the training credits or purchases. In the event that no spaces are available for either preferred or alternate appointments you do not hold Ringmaster responsible or liable in any way.

Unless otherwise stated, Personal Training and Classes purchases are valid for 12-months from the date of purchase.
